Bluegreen Vacations South Mountain, Ascend Resort Collection

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Green South Mountain Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience my beautiful girlfriend and I had there. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Debi and David, who did an outstanding job in making us feel right at home. One highlight of our visit was attending a presentation, and I must say it was a refreshing change from the high-pressure experiences you often encounter at resorts. It was well-attended and filled with valuable information. Our tour guide, Khalil, was not only knowledgeable but also a pleasure to interact with. The overall vibe of the resort was fantastic - it's the perfect destination for families or anyone seeking a getaway in the scenic New England area. The combination of excellent service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the opportunity to explore the beauty of the region made our stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend the Blue Green South Mountain Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. Thanks to Debi, David, Khalil, and the entire team for making our visit so wonderful!

We were guests of my brother who is a timeshare owner with Bluegreen. The suite was fantastic, and my wife and I look forward to another visit. The only item preventing a full 5 stars, is the lack of a bar to assist in getting in and out of the shower / bathtub stall. I had to provide assistance to wife, who has joint issues, so that she had the support to climb in and out.

The marketing department is atrocious!! I was scheduled without asking, which interfered with my non-refundable event tickets. Then, I was told I needed to leave because there were no presentation slots for 8:30 am. I recommend never doing a promotional offer at this property. Luckily, I had a second reservation, so I was able to stay and attend my scheduled events.

A yearly 6 couple reunion was at South Mt, A presidential suite and a 3 bedroom lockoff was perfect. Check in was on time. Keys for all was somewhat a challenge but front desk Riley was on top of it and got it sorted quickly. We enjoyed our time, and as the organizer for the event I was lavished for oohs and aahs about the accommodations. Especially impressive were the soaking tubs and the showers. Pool area was clean and tidy and the hot tub was a popular gathering spot. All staff encounters were positive and handled professionally. We have stayed at South Mt many times and this was the best. BTW, they are replacing the roof, our maintenance $'s at work.

This is one of my favirite places to stay. I've been here 3 times so far and have not had any reasons to complain so far. I am always treated very well, I always feel very safe here, and there are so many things to do nearby. The lobby staff are always very helpful and kind. All of the rooms I've gotten have been clean, spacious, and well stocked. The outdoor pool was under renovations when I visited (or closed due to winter) but right next to the outdoor pool, there is a few BBQ grills with an herb garden that you can use. And even though the outdoor pool was closed, the indoor pool and hot tubs are always clean, so it wasn't too big of a deal. There is a workout room that you can use at any time, as well as vending machines if you don't feel like going to the store (which is very close by). I like to walk to nearby shops and restaurants since the resort is in such a great location.
